You’ll help us stay compliant and safe.</li><li>Support IT Operations You’ll assist with system health checks, basic troubleshooting, backups, and user access. If you’re someone who values learning, inclusion, and purpose-driven work, we’d love to meet you.Required Skills and Experience<ul><li>Background in Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field (Diploma or Degree).</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, data centre support, or infrastructure environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of infrastructure systems such as power, cooling, and fire suppression, as well as basic IT operations.</li><li>Familiarity with security principles, access control, and compliance standards.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking—you know how to assess situations and act with clarity.</li><li>Effective communication and coordination skills—you work well across teams and with external partners.</li><li>Willingness to work in rotating shifts and respond to operational emergencies when needed.</li></ul>Preferred Skills and Experience<ul><li>Certification in ITIL Foundation or similar IT service management frameworks.</li><li>Recognized Data Centre Operations certification.</li><li>Basic certifications in IT infrastructure (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, or equivalent).</li><li>Awareness of security protocols and completion of a security awareness certification.</li><li>Experience with documentation and reporting tools to support operational transparency.</li></ul> Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
