This is a full-time, onsite role that requires the candidate to work on a 24x7 support schedule, including any shift, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and resolving incidents, monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the health, performance, system failures, and system availability.  Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Resolve client issues via Service Now ticketing utilizing knowledge base articles.  </li><li>Monitor, track, and report on the health, performance, system failures, and system availability. </li><li>Monitor for abnormalities to include unusual compute and resource utilization that detect potential indicators of compromise, performance issues, or misconfigurations. </li><li>Monitor and alert on infrastructure, system, service, and tool events.  </li><li>Create and continuously assess monitoring, corollary alerting, and notification of incidents or issues to minimize event impact and increase remediation and service restoration times. </li><li>Continuously monitor the health and performance of systems via real-time dashboards tracking availability, uptime, capacity, utilization, and integrated third-party data. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:    California: $58,440 to $114,840 Colorado: $53,160 to $95,640 New York City: $63,720 to $114,840 Washington: $58,440 to $105,240 Washington DC:$58,440 to $105,240   This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
