Follow a standard call flow and problem handing processes (scripted or not scripted), they verify entitlement, perform problem determination, resolve and close the problem, or route the incident record to the appropriate level of support. Using technical resources and tools, they support the client by answering questions and responding to client requirements. We are seeking a visionary and people-driven Community Manager to lead the enablement and adoption of AI-powered productivity tools across the organization. This role is central to building a culture of innovation, empowering employees through training and community engagement, and driving measurable business value from AI-enhanced work. The tools span—but are not limited to—the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Building &amp; Engagement- Build and lead a vibrant network of AI champions and productivity power users across departments.- Organize engaging events such as hackathons, promptathons, and innovation showcases to foster experimentation and collaboration.- Create excitement and a sense of purpose around AI tools through storytelling, gamification, and recognition programs.Training &amp; Enablement- Develop and implement persona-based training strategies tailored to different roles, departments, and digital maturity levels.- Expand self-service learning experiences, including interactive demos, video tutorials, and guided toolkits.- Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning through workshops, office hours, and peer learning circles.Adoption &amp; Change Management- Drive adoption of AI-enhanced productivity tools through targeted campaigns, success stories, and use case showcases.- Collaborate with business units to identify and support high-impact use cases.- Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.Communication &amp; Awareness- Create compelling communication materials (newsletters, infographics, videos, intranet content) to inform and inspire employees.- Partner with internal communications and leadership to amplify messaging and success stories.- Maintain a central hub or community space for updates, resources, and collaboration.Measurement &amp; Business Impact- Define and track KPIs such as: - AI-assisted work hours - Tool adoption rates - Community engagement metrics - Business value outcomes from AI use cases- Provide regular insights and reports to leadership on progress, opportunities, and strategic alignment.Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies.  Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.Who You AreYour Future at KyndrylWho You AreYou’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and Expertise<ul><li>3 years’ experience in community management, digital adoption, or change enablement.</li><li>Experience with  digital or AI-powered productivity tools, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, engaging content</li><li>Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, Learning &amp; Development, or a related field.</li><li>Alternative: Equivalent practical experience in community building, digital enablement, or AI adoption.</li></ul>The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $96,480 to $183,240 based on a full-time schedule.  Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California: $106,080 to $219,840 Colorado: $96,480 to $183,240 New York City: $115,680 to $219,840 Washington: $106,080 to $201,480 Washington DC:$106,080 to $201,480   This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
