The RoleResponsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and enhance high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use (sales, marketing, training, project proposals).</li><li>Translate complex technical/IT concepts into clear, visually engaging slides and graphics.</li><li>Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all presentation materials.</li><li>Support executives with high-stakes presentations (client pitches, conferences, board meetings).</li><li>Create infographics, charts, and diagrams to visualize data and processes.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, storytelling techniques, and IT industry communication standards.</li></ul> Who You AreQualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>3–5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an IT or consulting.</li><li>Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced features: custom animations, master slides, interactive elements, charts, SmartArt customization).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma is a plus.</li><li>Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Experience designing for business/technology audiences</li><li>Strong communication skills to understand requirements and present design concepts effectively.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional output.</li></ul> Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
