Our Advisory team responds to our Client’s needs and provide leadership and strategic guidance when and where it is needed the most. We are expanding our team and looking for a Manager to be part of the Cyber &amp; Data Resilience Advisory team.  Day-To-Day Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead and support a variety of global cyber operations and advisory engagements</li> <li>Serve as a technical resource that leverages your knowledge, skills, and experience to help deliver results to clients.</li> <li>Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to a variety of clients and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Develop and present comprehensive and accurate reports, trainings and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.</li> <li>Work with clients security and IT operations teams to guide implementation and      strategic program maturity roadmaps </li> <li>Effectively communicate findings and strategies to technical staff, executive leadership, legal counsel, and to both internal and external clients.</li> <li>Collaborate with consulting and managed services partners to build and execute plans.</li> <li>Understanding customer business drivers and strategies, architectures, cloud adoption roadmaps, operating models, KPI, to measure and monitor benefits realization.</li> <li>Support the development of proposals and statements of work for Kroll clients</li> <li>Support the development of new business opportunities</li> <li>Contribute to the development and advancement of complex cybersecurity engagements</li> <li>Build presentations for diverse audiences, ranging from private industry to law enforcement</li> <li>Foster client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance</li> <li>Escalate client issues appropriately that could threaten or enhance opportunity to the Kroll/client relationship</li> </ul>   Essential Traits: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or similar advanced degree is preferred</li> <li>4+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity</li> <li>CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIPM, CIPP certifications preferred</li> <li>Solid understanding of the evolving security and privacy controls environment, regulatory landscape and risk management techniques, principles and practices</li> <li>Has a passion for security and enjoys solving problems</li> <li>Prior consulting experience</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of the security threat landscape, control frameworks and compliance strategies</li> <li>Fluent in enterprise resource planning and business process analysis</li> <li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li> <li>Experience working with diverse teams</li> <li>Strong team, project and client management experience</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Flexible team player, with strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>A critical thinker and problem solver with attention to detail and adaptability.</li> <li>Ability to handle difficult situations in a productive manner</li> <li>Outstanding organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 25% as required to support response activities</li> </ul>   About Kroll   Join the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
