As part of this role, you will be reporting to the AP Team Lead and partnering with many different stakeholders across all Kpler entities.</span></div><h3>Your mission is to:</h3><ul><li>Accurately recording; coding of invoices and credit notes on the ERP software – Netsuite.</li><li>Saving and filing invoices and relevant documents in the shared drive.</li><li>Verifying and maintaining vendor profiles – ensuring accurate bank details, payment profiles, address, etc.</li><li>Responding to and helping to resolve queries in the AP mailbox. </li><li>Follow strict financial processes and obtain authorisations where necessary.</li><li>Monthly supplier reconciliation.</li><li>Monitoring aged invoices.</li><li>Recording credit card transactions.</li><li>Assist with preparation of weekly payment runs.</li><li>Liaising with other teams within the finance function where required.</li><li>Employee Expense Management Backup Support during absences or peak periods.</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>It will be a match if you are or have:</h3><ul><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Experience in an Accounts Payable role (circa 1-3 years).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with AP software (e.g. Netsuite, Expensify).</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.</li><li>Knowledge of financial controls and basic accounting principles.</li></ul><div><span>We are a dynamic company dedicated to nurturing connections and innovating solutions to tackle market challenges head-on.
