At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way. </span></p></div><p><strong>The Opportunity at Komodo Health:</strong></p> <p>The Account Manager role is responsible for working with the customer to make sure that they renew existing business and grow our footprint by upselling managed services and additional data/products for existing business.</p> <p><strong>Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Successfully provided strategic support and guidance, leading to a measurable increase in customer satisfaction scores and an increase in retention / renewal rates</li> <li>Fostered a collaborative environment by effectively working with Customer Success and Sales teams, leading to an improved process for managing and expanding accounts</li> <li>Developed and maintained strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers, ensuring regular engagement  and alignment with their needs and objectives</li> </ul> <p><strong>You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…</strong></p> <p><strong>Service/ Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic support and guidance on key deliverables and customer requests for existing business</li> <li>Manage engagement scope (and investment requests) and contracting for managed services for existing business and renewals</li> <li>Collaborate with Customer Enablement, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure customers’ objectives for the Komodo partnership are met and value/ROI is documented</li> </ul> <p><strong>Value Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Communicate / evangelize the value delivered and ROI for renewals and existing business</li> <li>Prepare for and lead QBRs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Account Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively educate stakeholders on new services and product features in coordination with the AVP</li> <li>Ensure organizational support and secure budget for contractual renewal of existing business</li> <li>Engage regularly with buyers / key decision makers for existing business</li> <li>Develop all renewal/expansion collateral</li> <li>Identify other upsell opportunities (additional TAs, additional products, additional data, etc.) and share with AVPs</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring to Komodo Health (required):</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years overall working experience in the biopharma or adjacent health technology industry, with 2+ years in a client facing role as a consultant or life sciences data/software/service provider</li> <li>Prior experience in sales or delivery of data/software/consulting services with penetration into multiple customer groups and analytics engagements, experience selling, deploying or servicing cloud-based SaaS product offerings to Life Sciences customers.</li> <li>Effective communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to successfully communicate with a variety of levels within a biopharma organization</li> <li>Data analysis skills, with a strong interest and passion for leveraging data to generate unique intelligence and insights for competitive advantage</li> <li>Impeccable project management skills and the ability to influence without authority</li> <li>A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding department goals and/or customer satisfaction with comfort with providing recommendations and solutions based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work with and manage relationships with customers and partners at a senior management and director level (Bonus if you have done this with C-Suite level executives)</li> <li>Extensive experience with structuring client deliverables in PowerPoint/G-Slides, Word, Excel including an expert ability to “tell the story” with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Remote</p><div><div><div><p>The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US.
