You will oversee a talented team of playable ad developers, motion designers, and artists. Join our vibrant Berlin office and be part of a global team that’s shaping the future of casual mobile gaming.</div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee creative production from analysis and ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with user acquisition strategies and business goals.</li><li>Lead and manage an advertising team of creative professionals, fostering talent growth through recruitment, coaching, and mentorship.</li><li>Effectively manage relationships with freelancers and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality deliverables.</li><li>Analyze the performance of creative campaigns and assets, using data to refine strategies and improve KPIs.</li><li>Drive the development of new creative concepts and approaches. Generate innovative ideas and solutions, with a strong understanding of current mobile game marketing trends and a passion for games and creative design</li><li>Collaborate with the user acquisition, ASO and product teams.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing or performance creative role.</li><li>Proven experience leading a creative team of 3+ members, including motion designers, playable ad developers, and 2D/3D artists; experience managing external freelancers and creative agencies is a plus.</li><li>Expertise in overseeing the entire creative production process, from analysis and ideation to final execution, across multiple projects.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a background in market research, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking.</li><li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.</li></ul><div>Kolibri Games is an equal opportunity employer.
