There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Development of AI / GenerativeAI business in Global Operations - identify key business use cases which AI / GenAI is a suitable solution for and can bring high value to Global Operations growth and efficiency. Create a business strategy &amp; roadmap for GenAI growth together with the BI Center of Excellence, under the Digital Solution organization.</li><li>Structure and development of methodologies and best practices for exploration, proof of concept / technology and pilots of digital tools, platforms, and technologies</li><li>Leading and managing digital exploration initiatives: This includes overseeing the entire process from idea generation to completion, recommendation, and ROI.</li><li>Fostering a culture of creativity: Encouraging and nurturing an environment where new ideas can flourish.</li><li>Implementing new ideas and solutions: Ensuring that innovative concepts are effectively executed and integrated into the organization when there is a good fit of value, ROI, and adaptability to KLA digital eco-system.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with various departments to generate and implement innovative ideas.</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships: Establishing strong connections with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and external partners, including IT &amp; Global Operations organizations.</li><li>Conducting market research and Industry benchmark: Gathering insights to identify emerging technologies, leading tools and platforms and stay ahead of industry trends.</li><li>Communicating progress and results: Keeping senior leadership and stakeholders informed about the progress and outcomes of the digital innovation business.</li><li>Interaction, meetings and discussion with teams and individuals which are part of Operations organizations around the globe - working in non-standard hours is expected to manage the different time zones.</li><li>Travel is expected, up to 30%</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in driving AI / GenerativeAI programs</li><li>Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years.</li><li>Experience in leading digital innovation, exploration, POC / POT and Pilots</li><li>Experience in development of methodologies and best practices</li><li>Experience in driving market research and benchmark activities in the industry</li><li>Good knowledge in Operations business process and different business areas (Master-Scheduling, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, WH management)</li><li>Good knowledge in Digital systems, platforms and technologies</li><li>High level of communication &amp; presentation skills, including to executive teams</li><li>Good interpersonal capabilities, ability to drive programs within cross-functional teams and organizations.</li></ul>We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
