Reporting directly to our Head of PPC, this role is ideal for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and eager to dive into every aspect of performance marketing.You’ll be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team where your skills will grow alongside our ambitious plans in the iGaming and Sweepstakes space. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience and make a real impact.Key Accountabilities<ul> <li> Plan, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing Ads. </li> <li> Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns with varying objectives across paid media channels. </li> <li> Create and refine media buying strategies and A/B testing plans to maximise performance. </li> <li> Build and manage KPIs, budgets, and forecasts across multiple verticals. </li> <li> Apply data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and deliver measurable improvements. </li> <li> Produce in-depth performance and post-campaign analysis reports. </li> <li> Leverage a strong understanding of user journeys to execute effective full-funnel marketing strategies.</li> </ul><ul> <li>5+ years’ experience in a digital advertising role</li> <li>An advanced level Excel/Google Sheets</li> <li>Knowledge and extensive experience within the iGaming or Sweepstakes casino industry</li> <li>Highly organised with good time management skills</li> <li>Meticulous attention to detail</li> <li>Analytical, numerate and commercially minded</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Ads and analytics tools.</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience managing substantial ad budgets.</li> </ul>Tools experience:<ul> <li>Google Ads</li> <li>Google Tag Manager</li> <li>Google Analytics</li> <li>Excel / Google Sheets</li> <li>Asana</li> <li>Google Data Studio would be a plus</li> <li>Marketing research tools</li> <li>Creative tools</li> </ul>Personal:<ul> <li>High levels of energy and enthusiasm</li> <li>Hard working and proactive </li> <li>Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment</li> <li>Resilient and maintains a positive attitude at all times </li> </ul>
