Reporting directly to our Head of PPC, this role is ideal for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and eager to get hands-on with the full marketing mix.You’ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and play a key role in shaping our growth journey within the iGaming and Sweepstakes space.Key Accountabilities<ul> <li> Plan, manage, and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta Ads and additional social platforms. </li> <li> Lead full-cycle campaign execution across multiple paid media channels with varying goals and KPIs. </li> <li> Develop effective media buying strategies and design A/B testing plans to drive performance. </li> <li> Build and maintain KPIs, budgets, and forecasts across multiple verticals. </li> <li> Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimise campaigns, and improve results. </li> <li> Produce detailed performance and post-campaign analysis reports. </li> <li> Apply a deep understanding of user journeys to implement full-funnel marketing strategies. </li> </ul><ul> <li>5+ years’ experience in a digital advertising role</li> <li>An advanced level Excel/Google Sheets</li> <li>Knowledge and extensive experience within the iGaming or Sweepstakes casino industry</li> <li>Highly organised with good time management skills</li> <li>Meticulous attention to detail</li> <li>Analytical, numerate and commercially minded</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Ads and analytics tools.</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience managing substantial ad budgets.</li> </ul>Tools experience:<ul> <li>Meta ads suite</li> <li>Google Tag Manager</li> <li>Google Analytics</li> <li>Excel / Google Sheets</li> <li>Asana</li> <li>Google Data Studio would be a plus</li> <li>Marketing research tools</li> <li>Creative tools</li> </ul>Personal:<ul> <li>High levels of energy and enthusiasm</li> <li>Hard working and proactive </li> <li>Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment</li> <li>Resilient and maintains a positive attitude at all times </li> </ul>
