Location:4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio<div>ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)</div><div><div><div><div>Provides support for designated Asset Recovery Group Relationship Manager(s) and Support Staff.  Works within a National Team committed to overall excellence in effectively assessing and mitigating risk in all aspects of the client relationship, including loan and deposit accounts.  Work will focus on large, complex multi-million dollar problem relationships to minimize losses of the company’s capital.<div>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</div><ul><li>Prepares thorough underwriting, credit presentations, quarterly Asset Quality Reports, and term sheets of restructures, identifying key weaknesses, appropriate risk rating and accrual status (using applicable risk rating tools), root cause analysis, mitigation plans and rationale, financial analysis, detailed collateral analysis (including enterprise valuations as necessary), applicable modeling and forecasting, key objectives and other underwriting issues. </li><li>Assists in ongoing monitoring of credits in their portfolio and assesses need for risk rating or accrual status changes. Assists in completion of reports for specific allocation process as necessary.   Proactively identifies issues and addresses with the RM and/or Borrower.</li><li>Proactively moves the restructure underwriting and closing process by reviewing documents, identifying items and conditions to be satisfied, the party responsible, and obtaining and reviewing due diligence required for the transaction.  Participates or conducts closings on behalf of the Relationship Manager and coordinates closings with Loan Services and Specialists.</li><li>Participates in client meetings and discussions and can act as a client facing contact for Borrowers.  Works with legal counsel and third-party consultants as necessary throughout the workout process. Strong partnership with line of business, credit, and support partners throughout the organization.     </li><li>Adheres to and supports compliance culture.  Acts as a resource to the team for all deposit and loan related compliance matters.  Knowledgeable about applicable federal, state and compliance regulations, including the BSA/AML program, Beneficial Ownership, USA Patriot ACT, OFAC and related due diligence. </li><li>Coordinates set-up of new and maintenance or closing of existing deposit accounts. </li><li>Displays proficiency in reviewing documentation to ensure accurate representation of business terms and conformity to credit approval and policies.  Ensures accuracy of booking, funding and timely processing of loan packages.  </li><li>Performs documentation reviews to ensure all loans are correctly documented and works with Relationship Manager and/or borrower to resolve any deficiencies or exceptions.</li><li>Acts as backup when needed for ARG Relationship Managers.</li><li>Relied upon to train and mentor others in ARG.</li><li>Assists with other projects as needed.</li></ul><div>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics or related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>4+ years related job experience, with large (in excess of $250MM sales) corporate, commercial, or investment banking loan structuring.</li></ul>Competence in Financial Modeling, demonstrated by:<ul><li>Repetitive modeling preparation experience</li><li>DCF including detailed use of underlying past and future cash flows</li><li>View on optimal capital structure</li><li>Leverage modeling</li><li>Loan business valuation modeling</li></ul>Strong data gathering and research skills:<ul><li>How to use it</li><li>Where to find it</li><li>Application of prior deal knowledge</li><li>Ability to analyze and bring complex and voluminous data to clear and discernable summary</li><li>Ability to leverage internal organizational expertise.</li></ul>Strong understanding of basic financial metrics:<ul><li>Financial ratios</li><li>Clear understanding of relevance</li><li>Experience developing financial covenants</li><li>Excellent knowledge of commercial loan and deposit documentation with proficiency in documentation.</li></ul>Knowledge of:<ul><li>All commercial products and services</li><li>Loan accounting and deposit systems including, Loan IQ</li><li>Moody’s Financial Analysis</li><li>nCino underwriting system</li><li>Risk Rating and ROE Models</li></ul><div>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</div><ul><li>MBA in finance, accounting, or economics</li></ul></div></div></div></div>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS<div>This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $110,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
