Location:4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144·       ABOUT THE JOB  This position is a leadership role managing an Enhanced Due Diligence team within the AML Operations team, across multiple sites.  This is an enterprise function and partners with a number of stakeholders, while ultimately serving and protecting Key and our clients.  Working with the AML Operations Sr. Department Manager, this position leads the Due Diligence team, contributes to the development and implementation of AML Due Diligence strategies &amp; practices, procedures and reporting/metrics, identifies and supports system enhancements along with human resource management.  Relationship building within Enterprise Security Services, Financial Crimes Governance/AML Compliance, regulators, internal auditors and internal Key Technology Operations &amp; If not located near a Key facility, team will consider remote workers.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
