This is your chance to own the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to close, and directly contribute to our explosive growth. <h3>What Youll Do</h3> As our next Talent Acquisition Specialist, youll have the autonomy and support to tackle a wide range of responsibilities and make a tangible difference from day one. Youll: <ul> <li> Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs and develop a winning strategy to find exceptional candidates. </li> <li> Be a proactive hunter, using your strong communication skills to cold call, engage, and build relationships with a diverse pipeline of candidates. </li> <li> Strategically source talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and referrals. </li> <li> Own the full recruitment cycle, from reviewing applications and conducting initial screens to coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through the final stages. </li> <li> Collaborate closely with our Senior People Operations Manager to refine our processes, implement best practices, and deliver key results that align with our ambitious company goals. </li> </ul> <h3>What Were Looking For</h3> Were looking for someone who is ready to jump in, take ownership, and help us scale our incredible team.
