In this role, you will monitor, support, and enhance the functionality of Keeper’s browser extension and Snapshot feature ensuring seamless login autofill, web compatibility, and continuous quality improvement across web environments. You will collaborate with engineering, support, and product teams to identify, triage, and resolve browser-related issues, while also helping to improve the Fixinator codebase.This position plays a key role in advancing the quality and performance of Keeper’s web and browser-based tools, combining analytical problem-solving with hands-on technical contributions.<ul><li>Monitor, support, and enhance the performance of Keeper’s browser extension and Snapshot feature.</li><li>Identify, triage, and drive fixes for login autofill and web compatibility issues.</li><li>Communicate directly with customers to confirm issue resolution and provide updates after fixes are deployed.</li><li>Troubleshoot and validate browser extension fixes or other browser-related issues reported by customers.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers to reproduce, document, and validate bugs related to browser compatibility and autofill behavior.</li><li>Proactively identify websites with autofill issues and coordinate remediation efforts.</li><li>Maintain and prioritize a backlog of known compatibility issues, ensuring continuous improvement.</li><li>Propose ideas and UX enhancements to improve the Snapshot Tool’s workflow.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure timely alignment and execution.</li><li>Conduct competitive research, including screen recordings and documentation of findings.</li><li>Generate reports summarizing insights and trends from competitive analysis.</li><li>Contribute to training and data entry efforts to strengthen Keeper’s Snapshot and product analysis tools.</li><li>Help scale the Snapshot program by onboarding and mentoring future team members.</li><li>Support improvements to the Fixinator codebase and related automation tools.</li></ul> Preferred Requirements<ul><ul><li>Experience with React.js, Selenium, or Puppeteer.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD and QA workflows.</li><li>Knowledge of web authentication and form logic.</li><li>Exposure to UX research and competitive analysis.</li><li>Experience with reporting tools (Airtable, Notion, Excel).</li></ul></ul>
