Learn how our zero-trust and zero-knowledge solutions defend against cyber threats at <a href="http://keepersecurity.com">KeeperSecurity.com</a>.About the RoleThe Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting with all of Keeper’s field and event marketing initiatives, coordinating closely with our demand generation team, channel marketing team, sales leaders and cross-functional teams to effectively plan, execute and analyze the impact of marketing events.Responsibilities<ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for corporate, channel and demand generation events, ensuring alignment with Keeper’s strategic goals</li> <li>Support managing event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, booth design and on-site coordination from conception to completion</li> <li>Collaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to create compelling event materials, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic objectives</li> <li>Provide end-to-end event marketing support across sales teams, including channel, MSP, public sector and commercial teams as needed, tailoring approaches to meet the needs of each segment</li> <li>Assist with the execution of global Williams Racing F1 sponsorship activations to ensure brand alignment, optimal guest experience and maximum exposure</li> <li>Proactively manage the events list and swag inventory</li> <li>Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach by stepping in to support various projects as needed to ensure smooth execution</li> <li>Communicate in Japanese and English, both verbally and in writing</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support on-site event execution domestically and possibly internationally</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our event marketing strategy</li> </ul><ul> <li>3+ years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company</li> <li>Must be bilingual in Japanese with English proficiency for business purposes, with excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Experience delivering successful small and large-scale events on-site and online</li> <li>Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programs</li> <li>Results-driven self-starter who strives for excellence </li> <li>Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment</li> <li>Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels</li> <li>Strong business acumen, analytical and detail-oriented</li> <li>Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools</li> </ul>Preferred<ul> <li>Experience working with channel partner (resellers, distributors) sales teams and executing both to-channel and through-channel events</li> <li>Experience working within the cybersecurity industry</li> <li>Experience organizing events across the US, EMEA and APAC</li> <li>Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for event-related lead tracking and follow-up</li> </ul>Keeper is an equal opportunity employer.
