This role is based in the United States but operates on Irish Standard Time (IST) to support our customers and internal teams located in Ireland and the broader EMEA region. The Training Specialist will lend a hand in designing and creating new training modules, along with ensuring that we are consistently updating to best practices. The goal is to ensure customers and partners can effectively utilize the software to drive business success.Hours: To operate 8:30am - 5:00pm on Irish Standard Time (IST), for example 2:30am - 11:00am CSTResponsibilities<ul> <li>Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using our products and can maximize their benefits while tailoring training content to different audience types and skill levels</li> <li>Help create engaging and effective training materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other resources to facilitate learning</li> <li>Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars virtually, providing guidance on software usage, customization, and optimization. Ensure interactive and participatory training sessions that encourage questions, discussions, and hands-on experience</li> <li>Engage with customers to assess training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve Keeper training programs and materials. Offer post-training support and follow-up sessions to address questions, provide clarifications, ensure successful adoption and gather feedback to improve the functionality and usability of our solutions</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communication to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each training</li> <li>Maintain an organized repository of training materials and resources for easy access and reference. Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and insights gained from training sessions, aiding in product enhancements and customer support</li> <li>Work from the United States while maintaining active working hours aligned with Irish Standard Time (IST) to effectively collaborate with regional clients and internal team members</li> <li>Communicate with French and English speaking customers, both verbally and in writing</li> </ul><ul> <li>1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment</li> <li>Must be bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written)</li> <li>Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels</li> <li>Ability and willingness to consistently maintain Irish Standard Time (IST) working hours</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and project management skills</li> <li>Experience with Google docs and MS-office tools</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones</li> </ul>
