This role is integral to Kards success, so its a huge growth opportunity with a lot of responsibility. For the right person, this role will morph over time as we build a scalable and efficient team centered on merchant success and campaign renewal.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and deliver against a revenue goal each quarter requiring you to retain and grow existing relationships with our most strategic and largest merchants</li> <li>Owning the client relationships with mid-market and enterprise level accounts- youll be their go-to person for everyday needs as well as for strategy and planning </li> <li>Building a deep familiarity with the client’s business, strategies, goals, and challenges</li> <li>Become a product expert of our advertising platform to pitch product offerings targeted to client needs as well as support the feedback loop with continual iteration of the advertising platform</li> <li>Contributing to merchant team revenue growth &amp; quota by securing campaign renewals and upsells</li> <li>Bringing the merchant perspective to our product roadmap</li> <li>Building out and/or improving our onboarding processes at the merchant and campaign level</li> <li>Ad hoc analytics requests - you know how to throw together charts and pull out interesting data insights</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years managing ad campaigns and running all aspects of the process</li> <li>Analytical chops - you know your way around Excel, pivot tables, and campaign measurement KPIs</li> <li>Strong client presence — youre proactive in doing what it takes to deliver the best possible experience to our accounts</li> <li>An intense desire to be an early employee — you want to build something from scratch and dont need hand-holding</li> <li>Early stage startup experience</li> <li>Interest or previous experience in adtech</li> <li>U.S. core business hours availability and willingness to travel for company meetings.</li> </ul> <p>Compensation range is between $100,000 - $120,000</p><div><div><div>Remote - USA Pay Range</div><div><span>$100,000</span><span>—</span><span>$120,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div><div><strong>Why Join:</strong></div> <div> <p><span>Kard recognizes the unique value each of us brings to our collective success.
