Our advisor program consists of active and former CEOs, CTOs, and CHROs and will continue to grow in the next year.</p> <p><strong>This role will require regular travel for strategic face-to-face meetings.</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work directly with Karats Founders, Investors, and Advisors to activate their networks and grow demand for Karat, as well as recruit new advisors globally in strategic expansion markets.</li> <li>Partner with Karats product leaders and Technical Advisor Board (TAB) members to curate thought leadership content that can be used to open doors for revenue growth and brand awareness.</li> <li>Map networks and create strategic angles in partnership with Karats Go-to-Market teams and our Advisors to introduce Karats value proposition.</li> <li>Own program operations and execution, including (but not limited to):<br /> <ul> <li>Drafting and distributing thought leadership pieces with Advisors</li> <li>Designing and running operations around flagship CXO event experiences (such as Karats CTO Laver Cup event, London World Cup Event, Money2020)</li> <li>Running operations around communications to our advisor network</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>The experience you will bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>10+ years of professional work experience in one of the following:</li> <ul> <li>Management or strategy consulting with a focus on Go-to-Market</li> <li>Corporate strategy roles in Tech or Financial Services industries</li> <li>Operational experience in high-touch channel marketing or other go-to-market functions</li> </ul> <li>Executive stakeholder and program management skills</li> <li>Executive-level communication skills—spoken, written, and presentation</li> <li>Prior experience working with advisors, boards, or influencer networks at an executive level preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>This position is only available to candidates residing in the following U.S. states: CT, Washington, D.C., FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, MA, MO, NV, NC, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, and WA. </strong><strong>While our team operates 100% remotely</strong><strong>, we are currently limiting hiring to these specific locations.
