We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us built the next generation of financial markets.</p> <h2><strong>Role Roadmap</strong></h2> <p>As a Mobile Engineer, you will be working on our mobile application offering of Kalshi. Youll be building the trading experience and user-facing platform by designing, building, deploying and owning our mobile application and its infrastructure. Were scaling, which means your role will evolve and grow with the company; your initial attack threads include:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and build a mobile application that provides an exceptional customer experience for our members</li> <li>Collaborate with our product and design team to identify and deliver best business solutions</li> <li>Contribute to the development of software engineering, including architecting user interfaces, managing application state, and interacting with APIs</li> <li>Own the designing, testing, development and delivery of new and existing features </li> <li>Help make software architecture decisions to pave the way for long-term growth</li> <li>Mentor and train new mobile engineers as the team grows.</li> </ul> <p>Candidates must have at least 4+ years of industry experience, including a strong mastery of Flutter, designing production-grade customer-facing mobile applications using the main mobile features like notifications and fingerprint scanner. </p> <p>Bonus points on extensive React experience.</p> <h2><strong>Our Culture</strong></h2> <p>Meritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but a broad range of experience is represented within roles.
