ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Sales Executive will become a key player in our Sales team, responsible for driving sales across multiple areas including inbound sales, account development, and renewals. The role involves managing the entire sales process, building and maintaining a strong pipeline, leading training initiatives, and executing specific projects to optimize sales performance and customer retention.Moreover, key responsibilities include:<ul> <li>Sales and Account Management.</li> <li>Sales Process Oversight: Manage and optimize the full sales process and pipeline for both inbound and account development, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with sales targets.</li> <li>Pipeline and Account Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, drive conversions, and oversee account development initiatives to achieve strategic sales goals.</li> <li>Project Leadership: Take charge of projects and initiatives aimed at improving sales activities, outbound campaigns, needs analysis, and overall sales strategy.</li> <li>Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal process for various customer segments, ensuring a smooth and efficient renewal cycle. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals and maintain strong customer relationships.</li> <li>Process Improvement: Streamline sales and renewal processes to support commercial growth and build a solid foundation for ongoing success.</li> <li>Become a subject matter expert in presenting the value of corporate communication, learning &amp; development.</li> <li>Liaise with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure we achieve commercial success with the customers.</li> <li>Define the business objectives and use cases to ensure high business outcomes for the Customer.</li> <li>Build a strong business relationship with the customers.</li> </ul>We are looking for someone with the following skills and competencies:<ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a relevant field of study</li> <li>Strong ability to manage expectations, present solutions, and build lasting relationships with clients</li> <li>Commercial Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a commercial role with a deep understanding of business dynamics</li> <li>Outstanding skills in presenting and communicating effectively, with fluency in English</li> <li>Sales Track Record: Proven success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive results</li> <li>Negotiation skills: Excellent skills in negotiation and deal-making</li> <li>Complex Sales Management: Ability to manage and navigate a complex sales process, with a clear understanding of the business value of SaaS solutions, particularly in the context of Learning &amp; Development and Communication</li> <li>Customer Understanding: Strong listening skills and a deep understanding of customers business needs and challenges</li> <li>Team Collaboration: A team player with exceptional people skills and the ability to work collaboratively</li> </ul>
