You will be responsible for growing and delighting our accounting and finance community who refer many of our high-growth customers. You will also be responsible for building out an approach to pursue, manage, and enhance various partnerships, including our marketplace partnerships. For these various partnerships, you will be relied on to generate insights about what partnership design and go-to-market approach works best to strengthen partnerships and build a business case for cross-functional resources when necessary.  You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, a natural networker with superior communication skills, and you seek experience across researching and synthesizing insights, marketing, and sales operations.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain a deep understanding of our sales, marketing, and support strategy, processes, and operational structure on a highly cross-functional team. <h1>Your Success Profile</h1> <h2>What You Will Work On</h2> <ul> <li>Manage and grow our community of accounting and finance partners, including acquiring new partners and implementing new programming and perks to engage partners.</li> <li>Build insights around partner personas and market research. Use these insights to inform recommendations regarding new partnership channels to pursue. Implement your recommendations and liaise externally with prospective partners.</li> <li>Manage our recommended provider and marketplace partnerships, including running monthly check-ins and managing reporting and payments.</li> <li>Work across Business Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to implement new programming, content, nurture campaigns, support models, sales process dynamics that are attractive to partners and scalable and cost efficient for Justworks.</li> <li>Roll out updated partnership initiatives across the organization.</li> <li>Cultivate relationships across other teams at Justworks to implement partnership updates.</li> <li>Analyze reporting across multiple systems including Salesforce and our internal platform.</li> <li>Understand the value propositions of Justworks and adapt messaging to align with Justworks’ brand and tone.</li> <li>Share partner feedback internally.</li> <li>Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs.</li> </ul> <h2>How You Will Do Your Work</h2> As an Accountant Partnerships Manager,  how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization. Supporting Accountants is a plus. </li> <li>Proven strategic agility, ability to succeed in a fast-paced, continuously-evolving environment.</li> <li>Can communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics. </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.</li> <li>Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships and priorities.</li> <li>Strong technical skills with the ability and the knowledge to use a variety of techniques to achieve objectives and goals.</li> <li>Can organize and prioritize assigned workload and ability to see where optimization through automation or process changes is possible.</li> <li>Proficiency with data analysis and synthesizing insights. </li> <li>Ability to develop and implement messaging aligned with Justworks’ brand and tone in prospect communications. </li> <li>Ability to train and motivate others on new initiatives and updates as needed.</li> <li>Fast learner regarding Justworks domains (benefits, payments, health insurance, HR, etc) and ability to track industry trends and benchmark against competition. </li> <li>Possess a genuine desire to help small businesses and to evangelize the Justworks product.</li> <li>Have a knack for coming up with creative solutions to any problems you face.</li> <li>Enjoy entrepreneurial environments and the opportunity to build something meaningful.</li> <li>Positive attitude and openness to change.</li> </ul> This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position is targeted at $109,000 - $125,000 in our New York City office, and competitive On-Target Earnings, inclusive of incentive compensation, of $70,000.
