In this role, you’ll work closely with local and global teams to deliver seamless HR processes, foster a positive employee experience, and contribute to global People Operations projects. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (welcome packs, orientation, system access) and ensure smooth offboarding (exit surveys, system updates, coordination with Finance &amp; IT).</li> <li>HR Data &amp; Systems: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (HiBob, Lattice, ADP) and other platforms; generate and analyze reports using Excel; assist in data analysis for process improvements.</li> <li>Engagement &amp; Events: Lead and coordinate engagement activities such as hackathons, wellness initiatives, charity events, and branded swag distribution — from budget planning to execution.</li> <li>Policy &amp; Compliance: Support updates to global and regional HR policies and ensure alignment with applicable labor laws and regulations.</li> <li>Global Projects: Contribute to cross-functional projects in three areas — Culture &amp; Communications, Tools &amp; Process Improvement, and Performance &amp; Development — with the potential to move from contributor to project owner.</li> <li>Local Office Support: Provide ongoing HR assistance to the Lviv office, arrange agendas for visitors, and support in-office initiatives.</li> </ul> This role is a great opportunity to build skills in HR systems, project coordination, and stakeholder support while working closely with a collaborative HR team We’re looking for someone who brings: <ul> <li>Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Clear and professional communication (both written and verbal)</li> <li>A collaborative, team-oriented mindset</li> <li>Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions</li> <li>Respectful interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (upper-intermediate or higher).</li> <li>Experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management (tech/IT sector experience is a plus; 6+ months ideal).</li> <li>Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS; growing familiarity with data analysis tools.</li> <li>Able to independently manage HRIS updates, create Excel reports, and track tasks using project management tools.</li> <li>Experience in event planning and coordination.</li> <li>Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability and openness to change.</li> </ul><div>Why Join Our Team At JustAnswer, we blend the best of AI and human expertise to make a real impact.
