We don’t want to just change behavioral health, we want to change the way startups operate. Here are a few tactical examples:</div><div>1) Diversity, equity, and inclusion has been a priority since day 1. Currently, half of our leadership team (COO + CTO) identify as female, and our cap table includes over a dozen women. This person will help focus on payment posting remits to our system.</span></div><h3>What youll do:</h3><ul><li>Analyze EOBs and post manual payments</li><li>Identify payers with payment posting issues</li><li>Accurately correct payment posting errors</li><li>Investigate payment issues while addressing outstanding payment discrepancies and denials to expedite resolution</li><li>Document all payment-related activities and communications thoroughly and accurately.</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for:</h3><ul><li>2+ years experience with revenue cycle management and billing for commercial and Medicaid plans (especially in the autism space) with payment posting</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li><li>Experience working with all commercial and government payor portals</li><li>Knowledge of the denials, and corrections</li><li>Minimum availability of 35 hours/week during core business hours</li><li>This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality</li></ul><div>Juniper is based in New York City and are prioritizing remote candidates for this position.</div><div><br /></div>
