Position Overview

As an Account Manager at JumpCrew, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner for a portfolio of advertisers. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign performance, develop compelling content, and deliver proactive insights to help our clients meet and exceed their marketing goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Expert: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned advertisers, delivering best-practice guidance to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Develop & Optimize Campaigns: Create, manage, and refresh campaign content including ad copy, creative assets, and visual strategy.
  • Manage Budgets: Monitor pacing and spend, ensuring campaigns are on track and budgets are maximized effectively.
  • Drive Renewals: Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to support contract renewals with performance summaries and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze & Report: Track campaign metrics, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights that translate into growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales Leadership and internal teams to refine strategies and deliver exceptional client results.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing (advertising/media experience strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of digital ad formats, audience targeting, and creative best practices — familiarity with CTV is a plus.
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to advise clients at every stage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
  • Bonus points for proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or StackAdapt.

  • Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Thursday, work-from-home Fridays
