This position provides essential administrative and operational support across various HR functions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Our HRC team is the first point of contact for HR operational queries, providing timely and accurate responses to employee questions and requests via various channels.</span></div><h3>As an HR Coordinator, you will support the entire employee lifecycle, including: </h3><ul><li>Working closely with talent attraction on coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with offer letter drafting.</li><li>Administer all aspects of the onboarding process, including new hire communications, employment agreements, IT equipment coordination, live session scheduling, new hire buddy tracking, and accurate systems and records maintenance, ensuring a successful first day for all future JumpCloudians.</li><li>Ensure timely tracking of our probation period, schedule evaluations, follow up with managers, update dashboards, manage the extension process, and maintain records and content guides.</li><li>Process employee lifecycle changes in ADP (hire, promotions, merit adjustments, terminations).</li><li>Manage communications, coordinate laptop retrieval, liaise with Payroll for final payments, facilitate exit interviews (Culture Amp).</li><li>Support Benefits Administration, including managing the benefits lifecycle (renewals, enrollment, terminations), unemployment claims and assisting with parental leave management.</li><li>Support HRBPs with Employee Relations cases in accordance with HR policies and procedures, best practices, and employment legislation.</li><li>Contribute to Compliance &amp; Audit Management, conducting process and data audits, supporting internal and external compliance (e.g., benefits, policies, HR operations).</li><li>Support the analysis and reporting on HR metrics, delivering scheduled and ad-hoc reports, supporting People dashboards, and performing workforce data analysis.</li><li>Support Employee Engagement initiatives, managing new hire/parent swag &amp; and internal employee communications (birthdays, announcements).</li></ul><h3>You have: </h3><ul><li><b>2-4 years of experience in an HR or similar role.</b></li><li><b>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.</b></li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Organizational skills and proactive attitude.</li><li>Analytical-critical thinking, keen attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.</li><li>Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and performing assignments with minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization, including Senior Management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in all communications.</li><li>Proven experience maintaining confidentiality of assignments due to exposure to sensitive information and contacts.</li><li>High level of proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.</li><li>HRIS experience is a plus, or a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple systems.</li></ul><div>#LI-</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Where you’ll be working/Location:</b></div><div><span>JumpCloud® is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This role is remote in the country of Mexico.
