This role ensures that third-party engagements, including dealers, suppliers, vendors, customers, and technology partners, adhere to regulatory requirements, the Code of Business Conduct, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will bring deep global compliance expertise in identifying and mitigating ethics and compliance risks in support of business objectives. The director will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to embed compliance risk management into business operations.
