Architecture, code, QA, code review, production deployment, and monitoring.</li><li>Responsible for your teams IC career growth and solving interpersonal issues</li><li>Implement necessary processes to achieve Delivery speed, Quality, and Value of your domain.</li><li>Work with other EMs to define cross-team and organizational processes</li><li>Align with other EMs to help coordinate between Product Managers and Tech Leads.</li><li>Join forces with Tech Lead, Product Designer, and Product Manager to ensure a high standard of product quality.</li><li>Act as an interface for cross-domain issues with other teams.</li><li>Be part of engineering management that will shape the R&amp;D DNA.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div><div><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><ul><li>At least 3 years leading engineering teams with 5+ direct reports.</li><li>At least 5 years of backend engineering experience with either JVM Languages, C#, C++, Golang or Scala </li><li>At least 3 years experience with large-scale distributed systems of more than 1M users in production using microservices / Service-oriented architecture.</li><li>At least 3 years experience working for a product engineering team in B2C or B2B2C Product company.</li><li>At least 2 years experience with NO SQL DBs.</li><li>At least 2 years experience with SQL DBs.</li><li>At least 2 years experience with event streaming, such as Kafka.</li><li>At least 2 years experience with end-to-end responsibility for executing features with agile methodologies. </li></ul></ul></div></div><div><div><h3>Diversity, equity, and inclusion</h3><ul><ul><li>Here at Jobandtalent, we are all engaged with our product.
