Are you looking to develop your skill set with potential for career growth?We are looking for a Sr Account Executive.To be successful in this role, you must be able to:Enterprise Pipeline Generation and Management:<ul><li>Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B business opportunities in the Enterprise segment, focusing on large organizations seeking to modernize their IT architecture.</li><li>Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, keeping the CRM accurately updated.</li></ul>Strategic Selling and Rapid Value Articulation:<ul><li>Conduct a consultative sales process that focuses on business solutions, not just technical aspects, understanding challenges such as cloud migration, end-to-end process automation, and API governance.</li><li>Articulate the value of low-code and the platforms ease of configuration, highlighting the ability to deliver the project with a faster Time-to-Go-Live and ROI than the Enterprise competition.</li><li>Position the unified platform (iPaaS, APIM, and EDI) as the strategic solution for accelerated digital transformation.</li></ul>Focus on Automation with AI:<ul><li>Develop and present compelling commercial proposals, generating solid business cases that justify the investment, especially in the context of Artificial Intelligence-Infused Automation (Agentic AI) for orchestrating corporate systems.</li><li>Lead complex negotiations with C-level executives (CTO, CIO) in large companies.</li></ul>Strategy and Market:<ul><li>Actively contribute to the sales and go-to-market strategy by identifying market trends, especially regarding the adoption of AI and iPaaS in the corporate segment.</li></ul>If you think you have what it takes to help us in our journey, hit the apply button below!<h3>Qualifications</h3>Mandatory requirements:Proven Experience:<ul><li>Experience in B2B software sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Enterprise segment (large accounts).</li><li>Direct and in-depth experience in selling iPaaS, middleware, or APIM (API Management) platforms or solutions.</li><li>Understanding of the sales dynamics involved in delivering rapid time to value and easy user adoption.</li></ul>Technical/Market Knowledge:<ul><li>Strong technical understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, SaaS, and Cloud Computing.</li><li>Proficiency in discussing the benefits of Low-Code/No-Code platforms for accelerating IT projects.</li><li>Familiarity or experience in selling solutions that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially in the context of automation and enterprise integration (Agentic AI).</li><li>Knowledge of competition in the iPaaS market (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) and ability to articulate differentiators.</li></ul>Business and Communication Skills:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (desirable).</li><li>Exceptional ability to negotiate and influence at all organizational levels, from IT architects to senior management (C-Level).</li><li>Proficiency in the use of CRM and pipeline management tools.</li><li>English will be considered a plus.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>What You’ll Get:<ul><li>Work for a growing leader within the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tech space</li><li>Join a mission-driven company that is transforming the industry by changing the way customers use API creation within business-critical processes.</li><li>Career development and mentorship</li><li>A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart</li></ul>#LI-AS1<div></div>Jitterbit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
