Powerful data platforms to help you make more informed decisions, from choosing the right aircraft to tracking your maintenance, inventory, and MRO projects.</div><div><b>Advisory Services.</b> Objective insights and independent technical advice from a global team of technical advisors and ASA-accredited appraisers for virtually any business jet, turboprop or helicopter.</div><div><b>Aviation Capital.</b> Customized asset-based finance solutions for business aviation.</div><div><br /></div><div>As an Aircraft Records Analyst, you will be responsible for:</div><div>• Maintaining suitable tracking of aircraft, powerplant, landing gear, related components </div><div>maintenance and operational history for a proper traceability in compliance with the </div><div>continuing airworthiness. </div><div>• Providing compliance update support to all operators that can ensure different areas </div><div>including material management, aircraft utilization and aircraft actuals are kept current </div><div>with information from varied sources such as taskcards, aircraft logbooks, DFP, LDND, ARC </div><div>and other related documents.</div><div>• Verifying flying hours and cycles, component data entered by Maintenance Analysts, </div><div>Customers and/or Enrollment.</div><div>• Ensuring aircraft maintenance forecast for all customers is without error.</div><div>• Performing Major Assembly changes and AMP/AAIP incorporation.</div><h3>Qualifications and Educational Requirement</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology,Aircraft Avionics Technology,and any relevant engineering discipline.</li><li>Exposed to Technical Records such as Taskcards, Logbooks, ARC (Form 1 / Form 8130-3), Shop Visit Reportsand all other DFPs.</li><li>Experience reviewing technical documentation such as OEM Manuals, ADs, SBs, AMPs and other relevant publications.</li><li>Preferably with PRC license or CAAP A&amp;P License but not required.</li><li>Must  demonstrate  strong  attention  to  detail,  excellent  analytical  and  problem  solving, organizational, and time management skills.</li><li>Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Excellent office skills to include maintaining and organizing files.</li><li>Proactive, strategic and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Detail oriented/attention to detail.</li><li>Adapting successfully to changing situations &amp; environments</li></ul><div><i>JSSI is an equal opportunity employer.
