Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfillment go hand in hand.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The expected base salary for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000 per year.</p><p>The Senior Manager, Media Planner reports to the Media Strategy Director and provides digital media recommendations to clients both internal and external, and prepares and implements media plans and other deliverables.</p><p><strong>Your primary responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify strategies across multiple digital channels (display, search, social, and video)</li><li>Use attribution, media mix modeling and planning tools (Google Attribution 360, Nielsen, Neustar) to pull audience consumption, reports and forecast target goals.</li><li>Develop digitally neutral media plans, flighting recommendations and forecast attributable performance across all channels and campaigns.</li><li>Plan Development: compile plan specifics, assign budgets, run reach and frequency reports, and perfectly finalize all client-facing documents.</li><li>Manage client budgets, investments, and purchase authorization process.</li><li>Work with wider planning and analytics team to produce insightful campaign reports with optimization recommendations while media is live.</li><li>Work with teams (Paid Search, Display, Analytics) to manage processes</li><li>Knowledge of campaign performance measurement and demonstrate how to improve different performance indicators depending on client goals through testing and ongoing optimization.</li><li>Monitor digital landscape and identify trends/partners for upcoming campaigns.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Demonstrate experience having worked on advanced or large-scale media campaigns within an agency or client environment</li><li>Understanding of attribution or quantitative skills</li><li>Experience with interactive research tools (i.e. ComScore, Pathmatics, et al)</li><li>Digital Media experience, specifically staying informed of the evolving digital landscape, and how digital fits into the marketing plan</li><li>Understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements</li><li>Experience with Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Word, and experience using Excel (can perform complex functions)</li><li>5+ years of experience creating detailed demos that are tailored to customers pain points.</li><li>Project Management and, Research and Client-facing experience.</li><li> </li></ul><p>Note: We emphasize skills, expertise and behavioral attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
