Job Description

Are you a visionary creative who loves both big ideas and hands-on design? As a Senior Design Director, youll lead bold, culture-shaping work for iconic brands, creating high-impact visuals across multiple channels. Working within a dynamic, collaborative team, youll shape the visual language of a world-renowned brand, pushing creative boundaries and inspiring your team to take risks that deliver compelling results. With an understanding of cultural and social trends, youll develop everything from large-scale campaigns to agile social activations while collaborating with clients, presenting ideas with confidence, and building, trust-based relationships.

Salary range for this position is $110,000 - 140,000 USD annual and will report to the VP, Creative.

Responsibilities:

Create memorable design work for world-leading brands that value your work.
Develop both design ideas and focused social executions.
Use your wealth of reference to form a POV on what makes good design pop on social
Craft attention-grabbing designs that resonate with audiences and lead brand visibility
Use your visual repertoire to visualize concepts, bringing them to life with hands-on skills
Build partnership and influence within teams and with clients, contributing valuable insights along the way
Adapt and respond to feedback, enhancing concepts for the best results
Excel in collaboration with senior creatives, aligning with the teams vision and elevating the work
Bring hands-on design experience, from quickly mocking up concepts to leading a Design team with focus and purpose.
Lead a team of motion designers and editors to bring your vision to life.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and enjoy sharing that knowledge.

Qualifications

6+ years in a prominent creative role within the advertising / design industry
Experienced delivering across multiple channels with a conceptual and social background
An impressive portfolio of static and motion work showcasing relevant, interesting work.
Experience presenting to leadership and clients at all levels
Experience directing teams from design concept all the way through production.
Entertainment experience is preferred. Social experience is required.
Experience collaborating with large teams in client-focused roles.
You are immersed in social trends and culture, bringing fresh, original perspectives to everything you do
