This is a hybrid position based in our office in Los Angeles, CA The salary range for this position is between $65,000-75,000 USD, annually.As Influencer Talent Manager, you will lead influencer marketing projects from kick-off through to wrap as our client contact during the production phase of projects. You will report directly to the Integrated Production Director, and will work with the team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope.Responsibilities:Influencer Casting &amp; Management<ul><li>Lead research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent for active campaigns, providing rationale for potential candidates, using briefs from client and Creator team or by using discovery CRM tool directly</li><li>Track availability, rates, and other important details related to the project to assess fit</li><li>Manage scaled seeding (gifting) programs from start to finish, including community development and management, product fulfillment, and content tracking</li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Manage to program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget and with main goals met, keeping the team informed of project status, optimization insights and potential partnership insights</li><li>Prepare production deliverables, including campaign briefs, production schedules, influencer lists, and weekly reports</li><li>Work with Business Affairs team to ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are completed</li><li>On an as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and shoots</li><li>Bring Production POV to internal and client-facing meetings, including project information, documenting the meeting for all partners</li><li>Prepare and organize regular campaign updates for clients</li><li>With the support of Production leadership, troubleshoot production challenges and provide thoughtful solutions that meet client or project needs</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2+ years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience in relevant marketing/advertising industry or similar</li><li>Client services skills, including experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests</li><li>A willingness to understand the needs, motivations and aspirations of our clients and influencers and translate that understanding into impactful content</li><li>Experience working across 5+ projects at a time</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritize your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.💰Reward: Youll be eligible to join our discretionary annual bonus scheme and 401k retirement plan.🏥 Healthcare plans: Have peace of mind with our healthcare, vision and dental insurance, plus short and long-term disability and life cover.💫 Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am. and 6:30pm with flexible working hours.📈 Growth, Your Way: Grow your career with one paid day each month for self-development with Jellyfish Learn.Unfortunately, there has been an increase in fake recruiters impersonating Jellyfish and unlawfully using our brand name.
