Job Description

The expected base salary range for this role is $58,000 - $85,000 USD per year

We are looking for a Client Finance Analyst to improve our revenue operations process, support the vision for the finance leadership while supporting our Client management teams as their key business partner.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Revenue recognition across a portfolio of products, clients, and services and delivering accurate revenue results.
Managing Client financials, including forecasts, profitability, receivables and overall financial hygiene of the account
Client Project set-up including contract analysis and document process guides
Support the General Ledger team with Month End revenue & net revenue reconciliations and resolving queries
Support the Accounts Payable team with cost of sale reconciliations, ensuring all cost of sales are correctly recorded
Work with Accounts receivable to assist with client account reconciliations, ensuring revenue and billing information is accurate and aligning to contract commercials/payment milestones
Support audits on existing processes, identifying risk areas, and assisting with resolving challenges
Support the FP&A team with the reporting of client revenue and net revenue on a monthly basis

Qualifications

2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field
Excellent knowledge of revenue recognition, billing operations and accounting standards and procedures
Familiarity with the marketing, digital media agencies (Google Marketing Platforms experience a plus)
Ability to ensure deadlines are met throughout the month-end timetable
A client centric approach, managing internal stakeholders and client demands
Youll be a whizz at using data and manipulating data through excel, google sheets and various platforms used at JellyFish
