CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM We are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join our growing global team! The Customer Success team is responsible for working directly with our global customer-base, operating the business and providing a top-level service to scale every programmatic campaign as we leverage our technology in the best possible way. Our main goal is to deliver outstanding results for our customers. Jampp is looking for a Customer Success Manager to balance long-term relationships with the day-to-day tactical management of our customers mobile marketing campaigns, understanding the performance and consistently spotting new growth opportunities. You will need to bring a commercial and strategic acumen analytical mindset together with a detail-oriented and data-driven focus in order to build and grow long-term business partnerships with our customers. If you are willing to work in a fast paced environment while providing an outstanding level of service, you might be the candidate we are looking for 👀 WHAT YOULL DO Customer Focus <ul> <li>Serve as customers’ primary point of contact – building strong and lasting relationships with key players in the mobile programmatic space.</li> <li>Own communication with customers and liaise with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and overcome roadblocks.</li> <li>Have a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ needs and business. Ensure their goals are met and provide strategic counsel.</li> <li>Identify growth opportunities (cross-sell &amp; upsell).</li> </ul> Business Strategy <ul> <li>Expertly troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues, seizing such opportunities to help your team learn and grow.</li> <li>Work closely with our product and sales teams to help drive forward key projects across the company.</li> </ul> Campaign Management <ul> <li>Supervise and lead strategic campaigns autonomously - be responsible for the planning and revision of our mobile marketing campaigns using the wealth of Jampp’s programmatic tools at your fingertips.</li> <li>Structure insightful analyses to improve and understand campaigns’ performance.</li> <li>Provide reports and identify challenges, opportunities and recommendations for both our internal teams and our customers to continuously improve operation in Jampp.</li> </ul> 🤚 This isn’t an exhaustive list. WHAT WE LOOK FOR <ul> <li>Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing or have a comparable proven academic record.</li> <li>Commercial Drive &amp; customer focused profile.</li> <li>+2 years experience in sales and/or digital marketing.</li> <li>Proficient at data handling, analysis and report building</li> <li>Superior attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.</li> <li>Fluency in english is a must (both written and speaking).
