This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of sales compensation programs. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency with compensation systems and data tools, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. This role is offered as remote in Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. We are only able to accept applications from these locations. #LI-Remote What you can expect to do in this role: <ul> <li>Compensation Administration</li> <ul> <li>Calculate, validate, and process monthly/quarterly sales incentive payouts with high accuracy.</li> <li>Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales Leadership to ensure compensation plans are implemented correctly.</li> <li>Troubleshoot discrepancies and provide clear resolution and communication to impacted employees.</li> </ul> <li>Data Management &amp; Technical Tools</li> <ul> <li>Maintain and enhance compensation systems (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, or similar).</li> <li>Build and automate data workflows, dashboards, and reports to streamline compensation processes.</li> <li>Work with large, complex data sets to develop accurate reporting and actionable analysis.</li> </ul> <li>Analysis &amp; Reporting</li> <ul> <li>Provide timely insights into quota attainment, incentive spend, and compensation effectiveness.</li> <li>Perform scenario modeling and what-if analysis to evaluate the impact of compensation design changes.</li> <li>Create reports and presentations for Sales, Finance, and Executive stakeholders.</li> </ul> <li>Plan Support &amp; Governance</li> <ul> <li>Support annual plan design and rollout by modeling financial impacts and testing system setups.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and audit requirements.</li> <li>Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and best practices for compensation governance.</li> </ul> </ul> What we are looking for:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.</li> <li>2–4+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or revenue operations.</li> <li>Strong technical proficiency:</li> <ul> <li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).</li> <li>Experience working with large datasets and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) preferred.</li> <li>Familiarity with sales compensation software (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent) strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <li>Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Strong communication skills to explain complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</li> </ul> Why Join Us?
