This specific role has a direct responsibility for supporting all global directories and identity and access management systems in addition to assisting IT leadership on meeting system level agreements and implementing strategic initiatives.  <ul> <li>Administer and support all directory, identity, and access management technologies and systems including Active Directory, Okta, Azure, and others. </li> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain strong authentication policies including Single Sign On identity federation, Active Directory credential policies, conditional access rules, and Multi-Factor Authentication. </li> <li>Work with HR, InfoSec and other organizations to ensure a robust approach to identity lifecycle process management; including onboarding, moves, transfers, off-boarding, role definitions, and permissions management. </li> <li>Ensure strong authentication, authorization, role-based access controls (RBAC) are implemented in existing and new applications and products. </li> <li>Research, develop, and lead projects to implement new features and capabilities to user account lifecycles. </li> <li>Use monitoring and logging tools (such as LogicMonitor, SumoLogic, Splunk) to maintain visibility and uptime of identity systems as well as to ensure proper functioning. </li> <li>Collaborate with Compliance and Governance teams ensure all processes comply with organizational regulations and controls. </li> <li>Participate in ongoing compliance reviews and evidence gathering where appropriate. </li> <li>Work to further develop tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance automated and self-service compliance processes. </li> <li>Create documentation, workflows, and other supporting materials for systems topology, support, and administrative actions. </li> <li>Act as an escalation point for monitoring alerts and help desk tickets. </li> <li>Use ITIL processes and procedures for change, incident, and problem management of all directories and related identity services and systems. </li> <li>Take part in a rotation of duties maintaining our global service level agreements including at times 24x7 availability and off-hours responsibilities </li> <li>#LIRemote</li> </ul> Skills and Experience:  <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years experience working as a systems administrator or similar IT role in a compliance-driven environment </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple small projects while simultaneously adapting priorities quickly and effectively </li> <li>A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem-solving, communication skills, and the delivery of high-quality work </li> <li>Practical experience managing and supporting globally available IT infrastructure services, on-site or remotely </li> <li>Experience working in a compliance-driven environment (SOC II, SOX, etc) </li> <li>Experience administrating or supporting some or all of the following technologies is required:   <ul> <li>Active Directory (Azure and on-prem) </li> <li>Okta (or other similar IdP) </li> <li>User lifecycle Management best practices </li> <li>Familiarity with Single Sign-on and other authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, LDAPS, SCIM </li> <li>Experience with centralized logging systems such as SumoLogic, Splunk, or LogStash </li> <li>Powershell scripting experience </li> </ul> </li> </ul> Education &amp; Certifications:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree </li> </ul> How we help you reach your best potential: <ul> <li>Named a 2024 Best Companies to Work For by U.S. News</li> <li>Named a 2024 Newsweek America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents &amp; Families</li> <li>Named a 2024 PEOPLE Companies That Care by PEOPLE® and Great Place To Work®</li> <li>Named a 2023 Best Workplaces for Women™ by Great Place to Work® and Fortune Magazine</li> <li>We know that big ideas can come from anyone, so we empower everyone to make an impact.
