This position is offered in Germany with a remote setting.   What you can expect to do this role:   <ul> <li>Attain assigned sales targets and/or other key measures of success</li> <li>Develop and execute a business plan in partnership with Apple channel team to dramatically grow channel-created business with assigned partners</li> <li>Identify, enable and support Apple channel sales and marketing team members and their partner activities</li> <li>Develop an appropriate strategy for assigned partners and lead and manage team members responsible for these partners</li> <li>Develop targeted campaigns, success metrics and investment cases with Apple and assigned partners to grow channel-sourced opportunities</li> <li>Work with Channel Marketing team to create relevant content for partner sales enablement </li> <li>Provide resolution for partner/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow through by appropriate Jamf employees</li> <li>Identify end customer business and technical needs relative to Jamf features and benefits, and communicate opportunities for improvement to Product Management</li> <li>Attend appropriate events/tradeshows to engage partner sellers and communicate the Jamf value to their customers and prospects</li> <li>Create measurable and timely objectives, strategies and pertinent campaigns to achieve desired business outcomes, reflected in a jointly developed business plan with the partner that is in-sync with partner and Jamf objectives.</li> <li>Lead the partner marketing strategy, collaborate with Jamf channel marking on campaign development and execution tied to business plan objectives</li> <li>Execute on business plan, course correct as needed and report results to Jamf leadership</li> <li>Create an environment where all job responsibilities are in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the Jamf organization</li> <li>Foster a workplace with the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity</li> <li>Model a positive, inclusive workplace – one in which the talents and strengths of our increasingly diverse workforce are welcomed, further developed, and manifested in our work</li> <li>Provide clear vision, strategies, support, and expectations to ensure employees are able to learn, grow and expand their skills, perspectives and experiences to help grow Jamf</li> </ul>   </div> What we are looking for:   <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-4 years of channel/industry experience</li> <li>Minimum of 1-2 years of people management experience</li> <li>Ability to recruit, manage and motivate a partner account team</li> <li>Ability to speak German fluently</li> <li>Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated quota achievement</li> <li>Channel sales and software experience with deep understanding of partner ecosystems and routes to market</li> <li>Ability to effectively present business and technical concepts to all levels of a partner or end-customer organization</li> <li>Knowledge of financial terms and concepts to understand the partner’s business and to justify investments in the partner</li> <li>Find, create and foster relationships across all organizational levels: Partners, Apple, Jamf</li> <li>Mastery of industry trends around Apple, mobility, security and other relevant fields.</li> <li>Ability to lead partner conversations to establish Jamfs unique value proposition as it pertains to partners and Apples priorities</li> <li>Working experience with Salesforce</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Enthusiastically accept new challenges and lead by example</li> <li>Experience working in the Apple channel ecosystem (preferred)</li> <li>Travel Type and frequency: Domestic 10-25%</li> </ul>   Why Jamf?   <ul> <li>Named a Fortune Best Workplace for Millennials, 2021.</li> <li>We offer a clear and defined sales career path.
