This role requires someone who can support a fast-paced consulting environment while strengthening culture, managing employee lifecycle processes and working with Jabil’s to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.What can you expect to do?Strategic HR Leadership:<ul><li>High level of interaction with India HR team to ensure consistency in approach on various items related to performance management, culture and roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Support new hire onboarding of team members and ensure their experience is successful</li><li>Partner with HR leaders across regions to align local and global HR strategies</li><li>Support the design and execution of global people initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, DEI and succession planning</li></ul>Performance Management &amp; Learning<ul><li>Support performance management cycles including goal setting, feedback, and reviews.</li><li>Support career pathing, succession planning, and development programs for the organization</li><li>Identify skill gaps and drive learning and development programs to support career pathways</li><li>Coach people managers on effective people leadership and employee relations</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Work with Jabil to ensure that ProcureAbility is in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.</li><li>Oversee aspects of Workday relative to employee records, and reporting.</li><li>Be the lead working with Jabil for the ProcureAbility organization relative to benefits administration, and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.).</li></ul>HR Systems &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Usage of Workday for global reporting, analysis, and process automation.</li><li>Generate HR dashboards and analytics to support business decisions</li><li>??</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Culture<ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees on HR-related issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Mediate conflicts and guide resolution in a fair and consistent manner.</li><li>Support DEI, well-being, and recognition programs that foster an inclusive, engaged workforce.</li></ul>What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?<ul><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and employee relations in a professional services firm</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of confidentiality.</li><li>HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast growing company with evolving needs and a vision for scalability</li><li>Desire to think outside the box and have a knack for process improvements</li><li>Empathy for our team with excellent relationship building skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Experience with SharePoint file sharing rules, permissions, logical structure</li></ul><ul><li>Experience using Workday for employee data in accordance with company guidelines</li></ul><ul><li>Strong excel skills to analyze data</li></ul>The pay range for this role is $98,200 - $176,800. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: September 05, 2025.As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
