<p>IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a full-time Senior Operations Coordinator to support the daily office operations of the company through a time of continued growth and expansion. </p> <p>The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and logistical support duties and will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the day-to-day challenges of supporting a growing office of diverse people and projects. <span>#LI-GW1</span></p> <p>This is a full-time, in-office position in our Raleigh, NC office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm ET. <span>#LI-ONSITE</span></p> <h4>WHAT YOULL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Liaise with HQ on corporate-wide initiatives, send office-wide announcements when appropriate</li> <li>Assist with on-boarding new employees via new hire orientation</li> <li>Set up new hire cubicles and partner with the help desk team to manage onsite employee off-boarding tasks</li> <li>Manage building maintenance needs, coordinating with property management as required</li> <li>Order office supplies including kitchen, general office, and shipping; manage and track all orders; keep supplies stocked and organized</li> <li>Partner with local HR team to promote employee engagement through a comfortable, safe and functional work environment</li> <li>Assist in coordinating fun, engaging employee social activities including monthly socials, holiday and seasonal events, and other engagement activities</li> <li>Coordinate remote employee travel and logistics for onsite meetings (book flights, reserve hotel blocks, arrange transportation, etc) </li> <li>Assist with yearly event planning/budgeting for social events</li> <li>Track monthly expenses for office and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient spending practices and prevent over-ordering/billing</li> <li>Prepare and submit monthly expense reports</li> <li>Run business errands as needed</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>4+ years of experience in an office or administrative support role</li> <li>Detail-oriented and exceptionally-organized </li> <li>Ability to assess situations quickly and problem-solve for a positive outcome</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Mature, positive person who can work independently</li> <li>Ability to work with high confidentiality</li> <li>Experience with Google suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel</li> </ul><div><h4><span>ABOUT IXL LEARNING</span></h4> <p><span>IXL Learning is the countrys largest EdTech company.
