The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers and responding to incoming inquiries. You are well-organized and extremely personable. We are looking for a quick learner who is flexible and can take on a variety of independent projects.<span> #LI-RD1</span></p> <p>As our School Membership Team Lead, you’ll be supporting schools and educators by responding to questions, solving problems and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with us. You’ll also lead a team of membership specialists, helping them grow and ensuring we continue to provide top-quality service to our expanding customer base.</p> <p>This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.</p> <h4>WHAT YOULL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Lead a team of 5 school membership specialists who support our IXL Learning and Rosetta Stone customers</li> <li>Foster a collaborative, growth-minded team culture focused on continuous improvement</li> <li>Prepare and send subscription renewal and upgrade quotes for existing customers</li> <li>Partner with internal teams to drive high renewal rates and ensure a smooth customer experience</li> <li>Keep detailed records of renewal activities and customer communications in Salesforce</li> <li>Clearly explain key product features and benefits to customers through email and inbound calls</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of IXL’s products to confidently speak to what makes our offerings stand out</li> <li>Share ideas and feedback to help streamline and improve the renewal process</li> <li>Process purchase orders and assist with credit card and check payments</li> <li>Deliver outstanding  customer service and support to our current customers</li> <li>Take on additional projects as needed</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree</li> <li>3+ years of customer service experience</li> <li>1+ years of experience in team leadership</li> <li>Experience in K-12 education is a plus</li> <li>Exceptional phone skills</li> <li>Comfortable with technology and passionate about bringing technology into the classroom</li> <li>Demonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail</li> <li>Experienced with G Suite, Excel and Salesforce</li> </ul><div><h4><span>ABOUT IXL LEARNING</span></h4> <p><span>IXL Learning is the countrys largest EdTech company.
