In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of both the IXL and Rosetta Stone K-12 platforms. <span>#LI-TL2</span></p> <p><strong>This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in California.</strong> <span>#LI-REMOTE</span></p> <h4>WHAT YOULL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Provide leadership to a highly skilled team of sales consultants <span>#LI-CALIFORNIA</span></li> <li>Develop a keen understanding of K-12 customer needs and values </li> <li>Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching throughout the sales process with your expert background in K-12 educational technology sales</li> <li>Track, forecast, budget, and monitor sales pipeline</li> <li>Meet sales goals on a consistent basis</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree in an Education related field, or other relevant field</li> <li>Educational Technology Sales background</li> <li>Complete understanding of the K-12 market</li> <li>5+ years of experience in sales</li> <li>Sales leadership and management experience</li> <li>Passion for bringing technology into the classroom </li> <li>Familiarity with Web-based technologies </li> <li>Previous direct classroom experience highly preferred</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Demonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlines</li> <li>Ability to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goals</li> </ul> <p><em><span>Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 to $200,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
