The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.</p> <h4>WHAT YOULL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Develop analytics frameworks and statistical solutions to support marketing strategies; assess the impact of marketing and product changes using media mix modeling, A/B testing, etc.</li> <li>Model customer lifetime value using Bayesian techniques or custom methodologies</li> <li>Write efficient and accurate SQL to query marketing and website data across multiple data warehouses, including BigQuery and Redshift </li> <li>Support product and marketing teams to design rigorous experiments that drive improvements in user engagement and conversion rates </li> <li>Launch technical integrations for marketing platforms using Google Tag Manager and GA4</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience</li> <li>One or two years of experience with statistical modeling techniques</li> <li>Advanced SQL skills to write efficient queries and pull accurate data </li> <li>Intermediate knowledge of Python or R</li> <li>Knowledge of REST API, Javascript, and Google Cloud strongly preferred</li> </ul> <p><span><em>Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $100,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
