<p>IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Educational Sales Consultant, Inside Sales - Team Lead to join our sales leadership team.  <span>#LI-RD1</span></p> <p>The ideal candidate understands the changing K-12 landscape and has experience motivating teams with creative strategy and high performance standards. Were looking for a manager with the ability to lead and inspire sales teams while handling IXLs rapid growth. </p> <p>This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.</p> <h4>WHAT YOULL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Provide leadership as the people manager for inside sales pods, made up of Educational Sales Consultants to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization</li> <li>Develop a keen understanding of IXL and how to position our company to a K-12 prospects needs and values</li> <li>Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching throughout the sales process with collaborative idea and strategy sharing.</li> <li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-evaluation.</li> <li>Track, forecast, budget, and monitor sales pipeline</li> <li>Meet sales goals on a consistent basis </li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree in an Education related or similar field</li> <li>Educational Technology sales background</li> <li>Complete understanding of the K-12 market</li> <li>3+ years of experience in sales - experience in sales management a plus </li> <li>Passion for bringing technology into the classroom </li> <li>Familiarity with web-based technologies </li> <li>Direct classroom experience preferred</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Demonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlines</li> <li>Ability to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goals</li> </ul><div><h4><span>ABOUT IXL LEARNING</span></h4> <p><span>IXL Learning is the countrys largest EdTech company.
