We’re seeking people with energy and compassion, who can make learning about IXL and Rosetta Stone an enjoyable experience for educators. <span>#LI-REMOTE</span></p> <p><strong>This is a remote position for candidates located in the Washington, DC metro area or Western Maryland. </strong></p> <h4>WHAT YOULL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers virtually and in person  <span>#LI-DCMD</span></li> <li>Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process </li> <li>Meet sales goals on a consistent basis</li> <li>Help to design and implement new and creative sales strategies</li> <li>Understand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trends </li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers</li> <li>Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offerings</li> <li>Promote IXL and Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences nationwide </li> <li>Daily travel in territory to customer sites</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree </li> <li>3+ years of educational sales experience </li> <li>Classroom experience and/or a related educational field preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with Web-based technologies</li> <li>Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlines </li> <li>Ability to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goals</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Demonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Passion for bringing technology into the classroom</li> </ul> <p><span><em>Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 to $85,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
