You will have experience working with technology and assisting customers. We are looking for a self-starter that will support our rapidly growing customer base.</p> <p>This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.</p> <h4>WHAT YOULL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Prospecting territory via calls and email and qualify inbound sales leads to communicate Carson Dellosa’s value proposition to new users and to identify their requirements for the sales team</li> <li>Ensure the timely processing of leads and assist with and support sales campaigns</li> <li>Conduct web application product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology</li> <li>Using CRM systems to manage relationships, maintain accurate sales pipeline and collecting and analyzing customer data </li> <li>The ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, persuade them to purchase educational supplemental resources, and meet or exceed sales targets</li> <li>The capability to effectively communicate and present information about educational supplemental resources to educators, schools, and other potential customers </li> <li>Engaging in active listening and possessing interpersonal skills to better understand customer needs to formulate appropriate resource solutions </li> <li>Understanding district buying cycles, market trends and competitor landscape is also essential</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree required</li> <li>1+ years of sales experience, preferably with inside sales</li> <li>K-12 teaching experience or other educational experience is a plus</li> <li>A high level of self-motivation, energy and drive to succeed</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively</li> <li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills</li> <li>Understanding of web applications</li> <li>Ability to accommodate various domestic time zones is a plus</li> </ul><div><h4><span>ABOUT IXL LEARNING</span></h4> <p><span>IXL Learning is the countrys largest EdTech company.
