How you will make an impact: As a Solutions Architect at Iterable, you’ll play a key role in reducing friction by partnering with the Customer Success team during technical calls and helping customers unlock the platforms full potential.   Reporting to the Solutions Architect Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for answering functional and technical questions about the Iterable platform, APIs, and services. Beyond providing technical guidance, you’ll advocate for our customers by understanding their pain points and working with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to design solutions that drive success.   Your role will also focus on uncovering opportunities to expand customer adoption by analyzing their data flows, marketing technology stack, and future initiatives. You’ll highlight the value of Iterable, recommend features that align with customer goals, and help them optimize their marketing strategy.   This role is also a great opportunity to develop your technical and consultative skills. Within this range, individual pay is determined by the specific US work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
