<div> We’re growing and want you to be a part of our journey. Senior Account Executive - Employee BenefitsThis role will be responsible for driving growth within our Employee Benefits business. Identifying and converting new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and working with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to prospective clients.Role &amp; Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop and execute a business development strategy to meet new business revenue targets.</li><li>Identify, approach, and build relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Finance, Procurement, C-suite) in target organisations.</li><li>Understand prospective clients’ needs and feed into sub-proposition teams to help design and build compelling propositions.</li><li>Lead the end to end sales process - prospecting, pitching, proposal writing, pricing discussions, contracting and closing deals.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the employee benefits landscape.</li><li>Work closely with marketing to shape campaigns and events that generate qualified leads.</li><li>Collaborate closely with other internal teams to maximise opportunity creation and win rates.</li> </ul><ul> </ul>Key Skills &amp; Experience<ul> <li>Experience in successfully originating a pipeline of sales opportunities in the mid-corporate and large corporate space.</li> <li>Experience in successfully converting sales opportunities.</li> <li>Experience in relationship building and networking with prospective clients.</li> <li>Knowledge and technical awareness of a range of employee benefits-related products and services would be advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.</li> <li>Knowledge of employee benefits market trends within the UK would be advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.</li> <li>Ability to be consultative and pragmatic in assessing client needs and developing a proposal to address those needs.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to distil technical language (industry jargon) for non-experts (clients and colleagues).</li></ul><ul> </ul>Demonstrated Commitment to our Core Purpose<ul><li>Power in Partnership: We work in partnership with our clients &amp; each other – building open and trusted relationships.
