<div> We’re growing and want you to be a part of our journey.Pensions Project ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated Pensions Project Manager with extensive experience in the pensions industry, a proven track record in project management and successful project delivery to join our growing Pensions Project Management Team.The Pensions Project Management Team is part of the Actuarial &amp; Consulting service line. However, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing high profile client projects autonomously across all Isio’s service lines and offices nationwide. The Team works particularly closely with Isio’s Pension Administration business and Operational Solutions Teams on data related projects, GMP projects and insurance projects (for example, buy-in and buy-outs). Occasionally there could also be the opportunity to be involved in key strategic internal projects for Isio’s leadership.This role offers an excellent opportunity to take the lead on a variety of complex client-facing projects, often bespoke in nature, whilst developing your skills as a consultant and trusted advisor.Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary from project to project, however typically these will include:<ul> <li>Client projects – Drive and manage the full project life cycle including set up, planning, managing/progress reporting to key stakeholders, control, and project close.</li> <li>Financial Management – WIP management, preparation of fees/invoices, control of budget v actual.</li> <li>Project Management Development – Proactively sharing project management best practices/processes internally.</li> <li>Business Development – Provide input into RFPs, pitches, and proposals, building relationships within Isio and our clients to harness opportunities for future potential project management support.</li> <li>Internal projects/work – Providing occasional management of key strategic internal projects and initiatives.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Experience<ul> <li>A proven track record of the successful delivery of projects within the pensions industry.</li> <li>Pensions administration and/or pensions data and administration processes experience.</li> <li>Exhibits confidence and assertiveness in leading projects and conducting calls and meetings.</li> <li>A collaborative team player capable of building and sustaining relationships with Isio colleagues and senior stakeholders both internally and externally.</li> <li>IT literacy – Microsoft Office applications including MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously.</li> <li>Confidence to manage/prioritise own workload, whilst working on multiple projects simultaneously, to ensure exceptional project delivery.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Qualifications: Association for Project Management Certification qualification, PMQ or ChPP.</li></ul>Where is the role based:Whilst the team is currently split across London and Birmingham, we can offer a range of locations for you to choose from – we have Isio offices in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Croydon, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and Reading.We work on a hybrid basis, offering the opportunity for colleagues to split their working time between working in the office and at home.
