We are seeking a Manager of Project Services to join IQVIA Laboratories business in a remote role.

As a Manager of Project Services, you will be leading and mentoring a team of laboratory project professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of clinical trial services across global programs. You will also be managing client relationships, regulatory readiness, and cross-functional operations with precision and strategic vision.
What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing a team of 16–22 project staff responsible for lab services across global clinical trials
Leading, hiring, performance management, and professional development for project services staff
Ensuring studies are executed in line with FDA, ICH, GCP, and internal SOPs
Acting as global lead for assigned accounts; representing IQVIA Laboratories in governance and oversight meetings
Managing escalations and communicating resolutions with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting audits and inspections by preparing CAPAs and ensuring compliance
Representing project services in bid defense and business development meetings
Driving harmonization of processes across geographies and functions
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physiology, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of clinical trial and project management experience in a lab setting
Proven experience with Companion Diagnostics, global trial oversight, and central lab systems
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
Deep understanding of clinical trial phases (I–IV), specimen logistics, and lab data operations
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional global teams and customer-facing project delivery
Strong familiarity with regulatory guidance (FDA, EMEA), audit preparation, and CAPA processes

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,200.00 - $200,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
